Our physicians, nurses and respiratory therapists have been specially trained in the diagnosis and care of patients with lung diseases and breathing problems. We strive to provide complete and prompt attention to your medical needs. If testing needs to be ordered, it will be arranged according to your schedule or the urgency of your illness. It may be scheduled at one of our office locations or at another facility. When you call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist will ask you a series of questions about your medical problem. This is intended to ensure you receive care in the most appropriate manner, based on medical urgency.

Our physicians and staff are committed to serving your medical needs. We encourage you to be an informed consumer- understand your health care benefits, write down and ask questions at the time of your office appointments and utilize the information and sites on our website to learn as much as possible about your diagnosis, your treatment options and ways to improve your lifestyle.

When you call to schedule your first office appointment, you will be asked general information, such as your address, phone number, insurance information, to determine which (if any) previous x-rays, test results or medical records need to be obtained. We will ask you to bring these tests, including actual x-ray films/CD's, with you to the office on the day of your visit.

We utilize an automatic appointment reminder system and you can expect a call two days prior to your scheduled appointment. You will have the option of confirming or canceling your appointment during this call.

FORMS, FORMS, FORMS:
